Fabiana is an Associate at Valor, responsible for sourcing deals, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies focused on software, climate, and Spanish-Speaking LatAm. Prior to joining Valor, she was an investment professional at SoftBank Investment Advisers, within the Latin America Funds, evaluating growth-stage start-ups. She also was an early member of SoftBank’s $100M Miami Initiative building the community of tech start-ups in Miami and sourcing early-stage opportunities. Fabiana began her career at Goldman Sachs and was part of the Investment Banking, Latin America Financing Group focused on debt financings across several sectors.
Fabiana holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, having attended part of her studies at Bocconi University. Fabiana is passionate about emerging technology hubs and trends, fintech, software, and relationship building. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures, practicing yoga, and running.
