Paula Favaro is a Senior Associate at Valor Capital, where she focuses on sourcing deals, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies, primarily in marketplaces and climate.

Before joining Valor, she worked at QuintoAndar, one of Latin America's leading proptech companies, where she served as Chief of Staff to the COO, supporting key strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, working on projects across Financial Services, Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and Global Energy & Materials (GEM).

Paula holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (Class of 2024) and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), having completed part of her studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

In her free time, Paula enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and exploring new cuisines as a passionate food enthusiast.
