Ana is a Vice President at Valor Capital, where she is responsible for leading the internal Portfolio Success area and supporting fund’s companies. Prior to joining Valor, she was a Director at Prisma Capital, one of the main Brazilian investment firms focused on alternative assets. During her time in Prisma, Ana led a turnaround initiative as CEO, and supported several Prisma’s portfolio companies in projects regarding technology, AI, digital transformation, product and financial/operations improvements. Prior to that, she worked at the largest Latin America investment bank BTG Pactual focused on credit and special situations. Ana holds a degree in International Affairs from UFU (Universidade Federal de Uberlandia).
Ana is passionate about how technology can change people’s lives. She is an advanced diver, muay thai and dirt bike athlete, and enjoys reading, playing music and video games in her free time.
